Waiting for the FIOS Guy

I had and appointment.

It was a lovely window between 7am and 9am (Pacific Time).

I was ready. Up, coffeed, dressed. You know, ready.

As of right now, no one has arrived.

I've called verizon twice, and been told

1. The tech picked up the ticket at 8:20 PT
2. We called him, and he'll be there within the next half hour (this was about 37 minutes ago now).

I am thinking that this FIOS TV stuff needs some work.
